From the moment that you step into the grounds, our Wedding Co-ordinator and friendly efficient team of staff are on hand to ensure that your family, friends and most importantly you, have a day to remember.
At the Club we are justly proud of our reputation forged over many years of "getting it right". With the ability to seat up to 100 guests, our wedding Breakfast can be tailor-made to your own individual specification. This can range from a simple buffet to a gourmet feast, talk to our Head Chef who always has the right proposition for any budget. In addition to the finest foods, we offer a wide selection of wines brought to you from as far as field as South America and Australia or the more traditional vineyards of Europe, all served to complement your choice of menu.
For those of you that don't know it, the Club is one of Colchester's best kept secrets. Set in 4 acres of gardens and conveniently a stones throw from the town center we have space for over 100 cars so there is no reason for anyone to be late because they couldn’t park.
The Club is also the perfect setting for your wedding day photographs, with either the Eleventh Century Gatehouse or our ornamental Rose Arbor as a backdrop for the perfect shot.
After your Wedding Breakfast the Club is transformed into your party venue, boasting a full sound system, and one of only a few sprung dance floors in the County. The Ballroom can cater for up to 200 people and with its own stage can accommodate the smallest Disco or the largest Big Band. In fact if you are unsure what entertainment to book, we are more than happy to recommend someone to suit your musical tastes.
