Golf
There is a thriving golf “Fellowship”, including both Ladies and Gentlemen, of varied golfing proficiency; who play nine different courses around the region, one outing a month March through to November. Two overseas trips are organised each year, in May the Spring Break is usually four days on the Continent, to sample the food, wine and golf, and fill the car with ones annual wine cellar top up. In November we have a Winter Break, usually a couple of weeks plus for long haul, or 10 days short haul. Countries we have visited include Spain, Portugal, Tunisia, Italy, Turkey and the USA, several times. Non- playing wives are welcome on the trips.

We hold an annual Summer Garden Party, Bar-B-Q and wine (acquired on the Spring Break), and an end of season black tie dinner on the last Friday in November.

Newcomers are always welcome whatever their handicap.
